How to change the oil in the Haldex clutch

To change the oil in the Haldex clutch, we need the following special devices, control and measuring devices, as well as auxiliary means:

1. Pallet for service cranes VAS 6208.

2. Oil for Haldex clutches.

To change the oil in the Haldex clutch, we perform the following actions:

1. Place the pallet.

2. Unscrew the threaded plug of the drain hole and completely drain the oil.

3. We turn the new oil drain plug and tighten it to the suggested torque.

4. We unscrew the threaded plug of the filling hole A and pour Haldex coupling oil into the tank.

5. Check the oil level. (You can find out how to check the oil level in the Haldex clutch here).

Done!

Tightening torque:

1. Oil filler plug for Haldex couplings — 15 Nm.

2. Threaded plug of the drain hole for oil for Haldex clutches, replace the plug after removal — 32 Nm.
