Car alarm system PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5
Car alarm system PROXIMA BP is a modern programmable device designed for installation in a car with a factory installation with a central lock with remote control.
The model has the following personalities:
- Automatic immobilizer.
- Anti-theft lock.
- Silent (turn indicators only) or loud confirmation of alarm on/off.
- Resetting the alarm after disarming it (without opening the door, turning the ignition switch or pressing button B on the remote control).
- The possibility of turning off the additional sensor with a button.
- The possibility of working with an additional sensor (for example, ultrasonic) with a preliminary alarm (turning on the sensor generates 6 short signals).
- The possibility of programming using a programmer with a digital connector, warning in interaction with a microwave sensor (frog).
- Short-circuit protection on the turn indicator and siren outputs.
- Memory of the last 10 alarms.
- Emergency disarming with a button.
- From the five-wire control connection to the existing installation of the central lock - memorizing the locking scheme and two schemes for opening the central lock.
- Digital connector of the expansion module, which allows you to select the activation and deactivation signal - and additional functions related to the activation / deactivation of the alarm (for example, switching on the ceiling light).
Scheme of installation of car alarm system PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5
Programming by PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 car alarm programmer
Operation of the blocking module
During operation, the module checks the states on the red and blue wires and compares them to the pattern stored in the memory of what is currently happening on the input wires. If any of the stored signals match (red and blue), the alarm will turn on or off. If the alarm re-enable option is enabled, the LED on the module lights up when the alarm is disabled. Opening the door in the car turns off the diode. If the car door is not opened within 30 seconds after the alarm goes off, the alarm will turn on again.
How to turn on the PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 alarm
Closing the central lock with the factory remote includes a siren alarm (if the alarm loud arm and disarm option is enabled) and lights on for 3 seconds (if the alarm is programmed with a silent alarm and disarm signals are sent to the extension module). If the authorization button was pressed no more than 15 seconds before switching on, the additional (motion) sensor will be disabled. After closing the central lock, the alarm does not respond to the ignition lock for 5 seconds, to the door and the external sensor for 25 seconds. After this time, the LED will start flashing slowly and the alarm will turn on. The control panel has a limited number of alarms caused by door opening or sensor activation. After 10 alarms from an open door or an additional sensor, the control panel stops responding to these inputs. If the pre-alarm function is programmed (on), activation of the additional sensor does not cause an alarm, but only turns on the signal diode and generates 6 siren signals. If within 30 seconds after the previous alarm the detector is reactivated, the control panel will trigger the alarm.
Alarm notification PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5
Opening the door, activating the additional sensor and turning on the ignition triggers the alarm. The alert lasts 30 seconds. During the alarm, the siren is on and the turn signals are flashing.
How to turn off the PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 alarm
Opening the central lock with the factory remote disables the alarm. Deactivation of the alarm is signaled by two siren signals (if the loud on/off alarm is programmed) or by the PPC sending the shutdown command to the digital expansion module (if the silent alarm is programmed) and two flashes of the turn indicators. If the alarm has been triggered at least once during the alarm waiting period, the PPC will generate four short siren pulses (alarm memory), regardless of whether the loud alarm activation is enabled.
Anti-theft lock - automatic immobilizer
If the automatic locking option is enabled, the car is locked 50 seconds after the ignition is turned off and remains in this state until a hidden button is pressed for 2 seconds (authorization of the anti-theft lock). Continuous lighting of the LED signals the activation of automatic blocking. Disabling the lock is possible regardless of the state of the ignition switch. When the auto lock is turned on, the ignition relay does not activate, but 3 siren signals are generated (the auto lock arming signal - movement is impossible).
PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 anti-theft alarm system
If the alarm has an activated (programmed) anti-theft lock, and the authorization time has expired (1 or 3 minutes after opening the door), the procedure for stopping the car begins. During the first 15 seconds, the warning siren sounds (increasingly frequently). If during this time the authorization button is pressed for about 2 seconds, the alarm will be interrupted and it will be possible to continue driving the car. At the end of this time, the ignition is turned off and the turn indicators and the alarm siren are turned on. After 30 seconds, the siren turns off, the turn indicators continue to flash, and the alarm waits for the ignition to be turned off and on again. After turning on the ignition, the ignition will turn on again for 10 seconds (this allows the car to drive to a safe place). After that, the ignition will be turned off permanently, and the siren will turn on again for 30 seconds. The following manipulations with the ignition lock after turning off the siren do not unlock the car, but only turn on the siren for 30 seconds. If the ignition is not on, the alarm remains with the ignition relay locked, the siren off and the turn signals flashing until authorized. Authorization can be performed at any time during the anti-theft alarm. During the activation of the alarm caused by the anti-theft lock, the car alarm does not respond to control signals from the central locking controller (ie signals from the remote control).
Service status
The car alarm and anti-theft lock can be put into service status (it will always be possible to drive the car after turning on the ignition - it is important when the car needs to be repaired or, for example, washed) The device goes into service status when the ignition is turned on and the authorization button is pressed for 10 seconds. Switching the lock to the service state is signaled by turning on the siren and rapid flashing of the turn indicators for 5 seconds. Turning off the ignition shortens the alarm. During the rapid flashing of the turn indicators, the alarm configuration or additional modules can be reprogrammed using the programmer (programming is described below). To remove the alarm from the service state, hold down the authorization button for 10 seconds with the ignition on (exiting the service is signaled in the same way as entering the service, and then the configuration can also be programmed).
PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 alarm memory
The alarm clock has a memory of the last 10 alarms. 50 seconds after the ignition is turned off, the LED lights up (don't forget to authorize the anti-theft lock). If the door is opened 3 times within 5 seconds after ignition, the alarm will start reading the memory of the last 10 alarms. The alarm turns the indicators and the LED on and off. The number of pulses indicates the source of the alarm. Alarm from the ignition switch - 1 pulse, door - 2 pulses, additional sensor - 3 pulses, voltage drop sensor (required multisensor) - 4 pulses, burglar alarm - 5 pulses. Groups of pulses are separated from each other by intervals of one second. The alarms are read in order from the smallest. If there are no 10 alarms in the memory at the time of reading the memory, the reading will be correspondingly shorter.
How to manually program the PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 alarm
The alarm can be set up without a programmer, but this operation requires some practice and concentration. In the 50s off alarm mode, the LED lights up after the ignition is turned off. If you turn the ignition on and off 5 times with the LED on, the alarm will enter the configuration mode - this is signaled by the activation of the siren for 0.3 seconds. Next, the alarm generates 9 groups of pulses (the first 8 groups have 2 pulses, the last group has 1 pulse). Each group starts with a siren signal, then, depending on the group, there are 2 or 1 pulses lasting 1.5 seconds (the turn signals and the LED are turned on). The pause between pulses in a group is 0.3 s. The break between groups lasts 3 seconds. The selection of the appropriate options consists in turning on the ignition according to the corresponding pulse of the corresponding group. Turning on the ignition is signaled by the instantaneous dimming of the LED and dimming of the indicators. If the ignition is not turned off after programming the option, the alarm waits for it to be turned off and only then generates the next groups (standby mode). Selecting the first pulse in a group with two pulses shortens the generation of that group (the second pulse is not generated).
How to program the PROXIMA AUTOALARM BP5 alarm with a radio programmer
You can enter the programming of the alarm configuration (or additional module) using the programmer as follows:
1. Put the alarm system in service mode .
2. When the turn signals are flashing quickly, turn on the programmer connected to the digital signaling channel. When an alarm is programmed, new configuration programming is signaled by a siren activation for 2 seconds. When additional modules are configured, programming is signaled by the configured module. After programming the module, the programming time is extended by another 5 seconds (this allows you to reprogram several modules and car alarms without the need to enter the programming mode multiple times). After programming the configuration, do not forget to take the alarm out of service mode.
Lock module
The programmable lock module has 5 input wires:
- 3 red inputs (the red input determines the presence of 12V).
- 2 blue inputs (the blue input determines the presence of the grounding potential) The module remembers the sequence of changes on the input wires in the following programming steps (closing stage and two opening stages). The recommended configuration is to connect 2 red wires to the lock actuator motor, 2 blue wires to the switch in the master actuator, and the other red wires to the closed-open switch located inside the vehicle or to the turn indicators, especially when confirming with indicators turns, closing/opening the car occurs only after a command from the remote control (and when locking the car with a key or an internal button, the indicators do not flash or flash differently). If the motor cables or the switch in the main drive are not available, the installer decides where to connect the input cables, taking into account the type of voltage determined by the cables (+ 12 V or ground). It is not necessary, but it is recommended to use all input cables. The programming of the module is started by pressing the button on the module board for 5 seconds, which is confirmed by one blinking of the LED. After releasing (the LED flashes very quickly), press the button of the original remote control that blocks the car - the scheme of changes to the input wires accompanying the blocking of the car has been memorized. After the LED turns off, the pattern programming closure is complete. The circuit of the alarm disconnection signal is programmed similarly, with the difference that after the first flashing of the LED, do not release the button, but keep it pressed for another 5 seconds (two flashing of the LED). If the car can be opened in two ways (for example, after one press of the remote control, only the driver's door opens, and after a double press of the remote control, all doors and the trunk, or the remote control has two independent buttons for different opening), then both opening methods must be programmed car The second opening pattern is memorized in the same way as the first, but the programming button must be held until three LEDs flash (approximately 15 seconds). The last programming option is the on/off option. turn on the alarm again. Arming does not block the car, but triggers an alarm. This option changes to the opposite option each time the button is pressed and held (approximately 20 seconds - confirmed by four flashes of the diode). Factory settings do not support re-arming.
