After installing the injector pump, the minimum gap between the base of the high pressure chamber and the pump piston must be adjusted with the adjusting screw of the injector pump. This adjustment prevents the pump piston from hitting the base of the high pressure chamber due to thermal expansion.

Holds the hydraulic timing belt tensioner in place while installing and removing the timing belt.

Holds the crankshaft in place on the crankshaft gears while adjusting the timing.

Removing the camshaft gear from the conical end of the camshaft.
