How to reset memory and remove LADA code error

You can remove the error code from the memory of the VAZ control unit by disconnecting the terminal from the battery.

The procedure is performed as follows:

1. The ignition system must be activated in the car, but the power unit must not be started.
2. The internal compartment of the vehicle must be opened. Use a wrench to secure the screw that secures the terminal block to the negative battery output.
3. After about one minute, the contact will need to be reconnected.
4. Close the engine compartment of the car, turn off the car's ignition system.
5. Start the car engine. If the "Check" indicator remains lit on the dashboard, it will disappear on its own after a few kilometers.
