How to check the turbine on TDI engines. Coding and diagnostics using the KKL Adapter and VAG COM, VCDS, VAS, VCP, ODIS, etc. Collection of codings VAG Group

Checking the turbine is performed as follows:

1. Choose Channel 011 .

2. Run the "Log data" (record readings).

3. In the highest gear (4th or 5th) press the gas to the floor, accelerating from 1500-2000 rpm to 3500-4000 rpm.

4. Open the received Login (Logs folder in the VagCOM folder).

5. Build a schedule of real and necessary pressure in Excel.

6. In a fully standard machine there should be a sharp increase in boost pressure to 2.1 bar (2100mbar). Then the pressure should be kept at approximately the same level from 1900 rpm for the entire range of possible engine speeds (ie thousand to 3500-4000).
