0 = Voice Control OFF OR via external Device (eg RNS-E) / voice control OFF OR via an external device (eg RNS-E).

2 = English (UK)

7 = English (US)

9 = Speaker dependent (Voice Commands inactive, Acoustic Naame Selection active) / depends on the speaker (voice commands are inactive, acoustic name selection is active).
